The Basque Book by Alexandra Raij, Elder Montanaro, and Rebecca Flint Marks is truly "A love letter in recipes " The Basque Book recipes are not only delicious , but each flavorful recipe is done with feeling and a lot of thought and techniques. A very enjoyable book!
